Julia Butler

Hello World!

My name is Julia Butler. I am a recent graduate of the College of William & Mary, where I majored in Computer Science and minored in Mathematics. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. In addition, I have obtained an unofficial minor in Chinese Language & Literature.

Some of my interests include algorithms, web development, and statistical analysis. I would love to learn more about UI/UX development, AI/machine learning, and blockchain. I have also dabbled in small projects involving electrical engineering. With my academic curriculum focusing on computer science and mathematics, I'm particularly interested in attending graduate school in the future for data science or AI/machine learning.

In August 2023, I will be starting my first full-time job as a software engineer at JPMorgan Chase in Tampa, FL. I will be in the Software Engineer Program and will be contributing to fraud detection efforts. I am excited to begin my post-college journey!

I made this website using GitHub pages, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to showcase some of my personal projects and achievements. You can take a look at my code here.
